1. Introduction

Welcome to Casa Blanca. By accessing our website and making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

2. Reservations & Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
To secure your booking, you may be required to provide valid identification and payment details. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or phone.

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 2:00pm 

  • Check-out: 12:00pm

Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Payment Policy

Payments can be made via bank transfer.
A 10 % deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Any additional services requested during your stay must be settled prior to check-out.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date may be eligible for a partial/full refund.
Cancellations made after this period may incur cancellation charges.
No-shows or early departures may be non-refundable.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

  • Maintain the property in good condition

  • Respect the surroundings and neighbourhood

  • Avoid excessive noise or disruptive behaviour

Any damage caused to the property or its contents may result in additional charges.

7. Use of Property

The property is intended for residential use only.
Hosting parties, events, or commercial activities without prior approval is not permitted.

8. Liability

While we strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment, Casa Blanca shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

  • Injuries, accidents, or unforeseen incidents during your stay

Guests are advised to take appropriate precautions and personal insurance where necessary.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
